Some venues just do half the work for you, and All Smiles in Sorrento is one of them. Perched up on the cliff with the ocean stretched out behind, on a proper blue-sky summer day — honestly, I don't think I stopped smiling behind the camera the whole time.
There's a particular kind of light you get on the cliffs down there in summer, all warm and golden, and it made every single frame feel a little bit cinematic without even trying. The ceremony space looking out over the water, guests shuffling for the best view, that gorgeous sea breeze doing its thing to everyone's hair (no complaints from me, I love it).
But it wasn't just the view — this stunning day had heart. So much love in that room, from the couple right through to every single guest. The kind of day where you can feel it the second you walk in, before a single photo is even taken. Those are always my favourite ones to shoot.
